Default Gardening.......

Because my wife is an avid gardener but has a bad back I built her a garden with raised beds. We both love the sound of water so I built a little waterfall...

Sitting by the pond at night with only the pond lights on and a beer one can be anywhere...Check it out

Nice.

I'll get some pictures of mine as soon as I get more weeding done. Crabgrass is killing me this year.

My garden is about 25x35.

That's my exhausted grandson after "helping" me do some tilling. He literally planted himself and dozed off at one point. Hmmmm, wonder if I can get him to help with the weeding?

No but I should have been. Couple of things to remember.
1. I can't spell worth a shit, spell checker doesn't always work.
2. My command of the English language really sucks.
3. Sometimes I forget to double check my work.

Other than that I'm PERFECT...ha ha

I went back and checked my post above, man your right is was bad.....sorry

Those are leeks.

The pictures look worse than it is. I've been hoeing and turning patches of crabgrass daily when the weather permits but damn it is a bitch this year! With all the rain the last thing I want to do is squish my way in and compress the soil.

Hundreds of tomatoes already growing. As usual, bell peppers do not do well with the limited light but damned if I don't waste time trying. Also have celery growing and a small patch of kale.

I left the back half of the garden empty with the intentions of planting a huge patch of fall garlic and a few other fall crops (cabbage, broccoli, kale, stuff like that). At least that area I can use my tiller to turn under the crabgrass. Wish I knew someone with a Mantis tiller to get between the rows.
