I never have to log in ... must be something in the profile that keeps you from having to log in.

Actually there is a block on the sign-in screen that is labeled "leave me logged on" or something phrase to that effect. click on that after entering user name and password and before hitting enter. I haven't had to log in for a month or more. It will retain your access status even across restarts and shut downs of your computing device(s). The only warning would be to not delete what is called a cookie file which is where the data need to log you back in will be stored.

Once when I deleted "cookie files" I had to log back in for everything, and use passwords, etc. Now I am more careful!

My old IPad keeps me logged in forever. With my old IPad, I never log in.

My new IPad will not do it. I have tried everything I know how to do, including googling the help. It just will not stay signed in. I have to sign in three or four times at each sitting. My new IPad will not allow the letter I. It posts some unknown symbols. I have no idea how to fix it.

Remember I work in a customer service department helping people log into our website. I am pretty computer savvy.

Apple provided an update to fix the "I" glitch. Try updating the IOS.

I have the iPad 4 and the last update offered for it is 10.3.3. I am not happy because I can no longer send regular texts or MMS messages unless it passes through my phone. It only sends iMessages to other apple devices if it is not bluetooth tethered to my phone. I wish I had left 6.3.1 on the thing so I could still send them.
