No reports that he did them, but it was brought out during the fiasco that they were going on. Later it was discovered that he had been caught with stolen items and a large flat blade screwdriver in his backpack, but was not reported by the school board's police dept. After an internal investigation by the chief, it was learned that he ordered incidences not to be reported and to only use school disciplines such as suspensions, which ultimately lead to his own firing.

Yeah if true that's suspicious, but by no means does it prove that he was breaking into people's houses in a gated community. Silver rings and diamond earrings? People's toasters in a gated community are probably worth more than that collection lol.
